版权保护声明(Copyright Policy)

The Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws, the Platform will respond to alleged acts of copyright infringement.

小嘴吃瓜平台（以下简称"本平台"）尊重他人的知识产权，并期望本平台的用户也能如此。本平台按照《数字千年版权法》（Digital Millennium Copyright Act，简称"DMCA"）及其他适用的知识产权法律的规定，对涉嫌侵犯版权的行为作出回应。

侵权通知(Notice of Infringement)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice of infringement (“DMCA Notice”) that includes the following information:

• Information of the Rights Holder：The name, address, telephone number, and email address of the copyright owner or the authorized agent.
• Identification of the Copyrighted Work：A detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including the title of the work, date of creation, and any other relevant information.
• Location of the Infringing Content：The specific location (URL link) of the allegedly infringing content on the Platform.
• Statement of Good Faith Belief：A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of Accuracy：A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Signature：An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the authorized agent.

如果您是版权所有者或其授权代理人，并且认为本平台上的任何内容侵犯了您的版权，请向我们发送书面的侵权通知（"DMCA通知"），通知中应包含以下信息：

• 权利人信息：版权所有者或其授权代理人的姓名、地址、电话号码和电子邮件地址
• 被侵权作品：被侵权的版权作品的详细描述，包括作品名称、创作时间等
• 侵权内容位置：涉嫌侵权内容在本平台上的具体位置（URL链接）

反通知程序(Counter-Notification Procedure)

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification (“DMCA Counter-Notice”) to us. The counter-notification must include the following information:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the content that was removed or disabled and its original location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which you reside, or, if your address is outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the Platform may be found.
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice or that party’s agent.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will process it in accordance with the DMCA and may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that a legal action has been filed regarding the matter.

如果您认为您的内容因错误或错误识别而被删除，您可以向我们发送反通知（"DMCA反通知"）。反通知必须包含以下信息：

重复侵权者政策(Repeat Infringer Policy)

The Platform adopts reasonable measures to address repeat infringers. For users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, the Platform reserves the right to:

• Remove infringing content
• Restrict user account functionalities
• Suspend user accounts
• Permanently terminate user accounts where appropriate

本平台采取合理措施对重复侵权者进行处理。对于屡次侵犯他人版权的用户，本平台保留以下权利：

• 删除侵权内容
• 限制用户账号功能
• 暂停用户账号
• 在适当情况下永久终止用户账号
